All products in ByFrandsen are designed and handmade by me, Loriel Frandsen. The goal is to create unique garments that you won't find everywhere, but that give you something special and unique. Because everything is made by hand, there may be small beauty marks. For me, that's part of the charm - this is what makes each garment unique and full of character.
I believe that clothes should be tailored to the wearer, not the other way around. That's why I offer garments in all sizes, and I can also sew to your personal measurements. This way you can be sure that the garment fits exactly how you want it. Feel free to leave your desired size or measurements in the notes field at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Return
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns. This is because I run a small online store where every single garment is hand-sewn by me. When the clothes are made by hand, small cosmetic flaws can occur - this is a natural part of the process and part of the charm of handmade products.
Complaints
If a garment has a clear defect, you have the right to make a complaint. For the complaint to be valid, the defect must be documented with photos, and we must be notified within 14 days of receiving the garment. The right to compensation lapses if the garment has been clearly used.
The exception is if the defect occurs after a short period of use, for example a seam coming loose or similar. In such cases, the right to a complaint applies of course even if the garment has been used.
Compensation is normally done by repairing the garment. If this is not possible, you will be sent a new garment.
Lost package
If you have ordered with tracking and the package has not been delivered within 4 weeks (applies to shipments within Norway), it is considered lost. In that case, we will send a new package, and we will of course cover the shipping costs. However, if you have ordered without tracking, we unfortunately do not take responsibility for the package after it has been sent.
Special rules apply to packages sent abroad. Please contact us if this happens.
Matter of the heart
I want my store to mean more than just clothes. That's why 5% of the profits go to my heart's desire: creating small joys for children and young people who are having extra difficulties. This could be children on long-term stays in hospitals, young people living in child welfare institutions, or families in demanding financial situations.
Wear a garment with meaning and help make a small difference that can mean a lot!
Sizes
Clothes should fit you – not the other way around. That’s why we offer all sizes, so that as many people as possible can find something that feels right. If you want the garment to fit your exact measurements and/or want a size that is not listed, you can order it as “Made by Order”. I will then sew the garment especially for you, based on the size or measurements you enter in the notes field at checkout. That way, you get a garment that fits the way you want it – personal and unique.
"Made by order" orders have a delivery time of between 1-5 additional weeks.
Delivery time
For garments not marked Made by Order, the delivery time is.
1–5 business days with Helthjem in Norway.
2–10 business days to the rest of the world.
Haven't received order confirmation
If you have not provided your email address before placing an order, you will not receive an order confirmation or notification from us when the package has been shipped.
