Unfortunately, we do not currently accept returns. ByFrandsen is a small online store where each garment is hand-sewn by me, and each product is unique. When clothes are made by hand, small beauty marks may occur - this is a natural part of the process and part of the charm of true craftsmanship.

If a garment has a clear defect, you have the right to make a complaint. For the complaint to be valid, the defect must be documented with photos, and we must be notified within 14 days of receiving the garment. The right to compensation lapses if the garment has clearly been used.

Exceptions apply if the defect occurs after a short period of use, for example a seam that comes loose or similar. In such cases, the right to a complaint of course applies, as long as the garment has been used in a normal manner. If we see that the garment has been misused, the right to compensation lapses.

Compensation is usually done by repairing the garment. If this is not possible, we will send a new garment of the same type. We do not offer refunds.

Orders with tracking within Norway are considered lost if they are not delivered within 4 weeks from the date of shipment. We will then send a new package and cover the shipping. Orders without tracking are at your own risk after the package has been shipped.

To have a new package sent to you, you must send an email to ByFrandsen@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number within 4 weeks of the first shipment. Enquiries after this deadline do not entitle you to compensation.

I want my store to mean more than just clothes. That's why 5% of the profits go to my heart's desire: creating small joys for children and young people who are having extra difficulties. This could be children on long-term stays in hospitals, young people living in child welfare institutions, or families in demanding financial situations.

Wear a garment with meaning and help make a small difference that can mean a lot!

Clothes should fit you – not the other way around. That’s why we offer all sizes, so that as many people as possible can find something that feels right. If you want the garment to fit your exact measurements and/or want a size that is not listed, you can order it as “Made by Order”. I will then sew the garment especially for you, based on the size or measurements you enter in the notes field at checkout. That way, you get a garment that fits the way you want it – personal and unique.

"Made by order" orders have a delivery time of between 1-5 additional weeks.

For garments not marked Made by Order, the delivery time is.

1–5 business days with Helthjem in Norway.

2–10 business days to the rest of the world.

If you have not provided your email address before placing an order, you will not receive an order confirmation or notification from us when the package has been shipped.
